Hi, I’m Don Dishati, owner of Luxury Electric. I serve homeowners and businesses in Addison and the Chicagoland area. I started this company because I’ve always wanted to run my own business. My dad and uncle were both entrepreneurs, so building something of my own felt natural. I also value the flexibility that comes with owning a business—being able to work hard and still make time for life outside the job.
I’ve been in the electrical industry for 7 years. During that time, I’ve learned how important it is to listen to customers and keep them in the loop. I make it a point to answer calls and messages quickly and clearly. Whether it’s a custom lighting setup or a simple repair, I take time to explain the work so you know exactly what you’re getting. I believe that good communication leads to better results and happier customers.
My favorite part of the job is getting hands-on. Every day brings something new—whether it’s solving a tricky problem or learning a better way to do things. I like the challenge, and I like doing the work myself.
When I’m not working, I spend time in the garage working on cars. It’s something I’ve always enjoyed—fixing, building, and figuring things out.
